Onboarding
Our onboarding team conducts a thorough assessment of your accounting needs and develops a written plan to improve efficiencies. Your team of accounting experts and Certified Intuit ProAdvisors will begin optimizing your accounting system and QuickBooks version; automating and integrating with other financial systems (banks, credit cards); and developing a procedures manual defining each task to be performed.
Data and Document Exchange
A portal will be provided to securely exchange data and documents. You will be able to provide bank statements, credit card statements, invoices, receipts and any additional information as needed.
Services Performed
We process Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations, Payroll, Sales Tax and all of your bookkeeping needs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and we automate bank and credit card downloads.
Financial Deliverables
Customized financials will be provided based on your business needs. A monthly comprehensive review will be scheduled to go over month-end financials.
